Road closures are under the direction of Tas Police and all competitors must obey their direction at all times.

The course takes competitors on the Whitewater Creek track UNDER the Southern Outlet just before the Goshawk Way roundabout and up onto the Southern Outlet at the John Street roundabout.

Only the left hand side of Beach Road and Balmoral Road is closed.

All wheelchair/pram and dog support competitors must run  along the pathway from the end of Balmoral road and a time record shall be relayed to be included on the official race sheet.

All other competitors must run onto the beach at the end Balmoral Rd and along the beach to finish line, where race bib timers will record your official race time.

Roads will be closed from 9.00am and progressively reopened once the last competitor passes. the last road will reopen around 9.45am. If a road is reopened before a competitor arrives, normal traffic rules will apply.
